House Rules

To make sure every guest has a comfortable stay, please follow these house rules during your visit.

Check-in from [3:00 PM], check-out by [11:00 AM]. Early/late requests can be arranged in advance where possible.

The number of guests must not exceed the amount stated in your confirmed booking.

Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. A [balcony/outdoor] area is available for smokers.

The apartment is intended for quiet stays only. Parties, events, and large gatherings are not allowed.

Please keep noise to a minimum between [10:00 PM] and [8:00 AM] out of respect for neighbors.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the apartment or its contents during their stay.

Please leave the apartment in the condition you found it — dishes washed, trash disposed of, and doors/windows locked when leaving.
