Terms of Service

Submitting a booking request through this site does not guarantee a reservation. All requests are marked "pending" until we manually review and confirm availability.

You will be notified by email once your request is confirmed or declined.

Nightly rates are shown in Euros (EUR) with an approximate Macedonian Denar (MKD) equivalent for convenience. The EUR price is the reference price used for final invoicing.

Rates may vary by season, as reflected in the price shown for your selected dates.

Guests may cancel their reservation free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled less than 5 days before arrival, 50% of the total reservation price will be charged. In case of no-show without prior cancellation, 100% of the total reservation price will be charged. The cancellation date and time will be determined based on the date and time the cancellation request is received.

Guests are expected to follow the House Rules provided separately. Violations may result in the reservation being cancelled without refund.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your stay, to the extent permitted by law. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of Macedonia.
